The Development Corporation of Knox County, Tennessee (TDC) is committed to promoting and nurturing the long-term, quality growth of the region’s business environment. As the property owner and manager of six business parks located throughout Knox County, TDC is focused on maintaining a sufficient inventory and diversity of business park properties to meet the needs of new and expanding businesses. Through its staff services to the City and County Industrial Boards, TDC facilitates tax incentives in order to promote job creation and community development that would not or could not otherwise happen. TDC is also engaged in the support of entrepreneurial growth through its management of Knox County's business incubator, Fairview Technology Center.
