Midway Business Park

Midway Business Park is located on 381 acres in the northeast quadrant of Knox County off of I-40 in the Midway Road – Thorngrove Pike area. The future Midway Business Park will have a written set of design standards and restrictive covenants to foster a quality development to help protect the investments of existing and potential property owners both within and around the business park. At a minimum, these standards will address:

• Building Materials and Colors
• Landscaping
• Lighting
• Utilities
• Signage

A significant factor in planning for this business park is determining how the wastewater from the business park will be handled.
