Midway
Business Park The proposed Midway Business Park is located on 381 acres in the northeast quadrant of Knox County off of I-40 in the Midway Road – Thorngrove Pike area. The park will have a written set of design standards and restrictive covenants to foster a quality development to help protect the investments of existing and potential property owners both within and around the business park. At a ) minimum, these standards will address:• Building Materials and Colors • Landscaping • Lighting • Utilities • Signage These principles, along with the proposed layout and other information, were discussed at a public meeting held at Carter High School on January 8, 2009.
