The Performance Evaluation Committee of the County IDB will be responsible for reviewing the progress of each applicant on an interim basis to make sure the company is performing to the standards they set forth in their application. This committee shall report directly to the full Board of Directors.

The Performance Evaluation Committee will meet immediately preceding regularly-scheduled meetings of the Industrial Development Board of the County of Knox if there is a project to be reviewed.
